The artist, whose real name is Bill Kapri, is facing charges of fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement and resisting arrest without violence. Kapri, 28, is currently being held in the Broward County Jail in Fort Lauderdale. Records from the Broward County Clerk of Courts have not been filed as of Thursday night.
