Exciting Lineup Revealed: Goodyear Blimp Lands on Huntington Beach for Pacific Airshow Announcement

The Goodyear blimp made a rare landing on the beach in Huntington Beach, marking only the second time in history that it has landed on the sand. The event was to deliver Pacific Airshow CEO Kevin Elliott and his son Jett to a special event celebrating the 10th anniversary of the show. Elliott revealed the lineup of performers for the upcoming Airshow, hinting at a major surprise act that he described as "big" and featuring groundbreaking technology. Among the performers announced were the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, Canadian Forces Snowbirds, and a special Freedom250 flyover by the Northrop F-5 Tiger II jet. Other performers include the U.S. Air Force Heritage Flight P-38, U.S. Navy F-35C, Royal Air Force Falcons Parachute Team, Mike Goulian in his Extra 330SC, and Luke Czepiela in his Carbon Cub, which he will land on the beach. The Pacific Airshow is scheduled to take place from October 2-4.
