A man has gone missing after leaving an assisted living facility in Leeds, Maine with an unknown friend. The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office reported that 27-year-old Owen Ryder left Fern Cottage, an assisted living facility, with an unidentified companion. Authorities are unsure of the vehicle, direction of travel, and destination. Ryder, who is under the guardianship of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services, is not considered to be in immediate danger. He is described as 5-foot-6, 130 pounds, with brown hair and gray eyes.
