Remembering Tom Kane: A Tribute to the Voice Acting Legend

Voice actor Tom Kane, known for his work on popular series like The Powerpuff Girls, The Wild Thornberrys, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars, has passed away at the age of 64. Kane was recognized for his ability to mimic voices and often filled in for other actors in various projects. He provided voiceovers for characters like Dr. Sam Loomis in Halloween H20: 20 Years Later and Admiral Ackbar in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. After suffering a stroke in late 2020, Kane retired from voice acting. His talent agency, Galactic Productions, announced his death on Facebook. Kane is survived by his wife and nine children.
