Under Armour Unveils Bouncy Tee: A Collaboration with Parker McCollum and Gunna

Under Armour, a renowned sports apparel company, is commemorating its 30th anniversary by unveiling a new version of its iconic moisture-wicking compression shirt. The latest iteration, named the Bouncy Tee, combines Pima cotton with Neolast fiber to offer stretch, resilience, and shape retention. The fabric, known for its rapid-dry technology and moisture management, bounces back after movement, hence the name.

The company's founder, Kevin Plank, expressed his excitement about the Bouncy Tee, emphasizing its high-performance design and seamless integration into everyday wear. To promote the launch of the shirt, Under Armour has partnered with country music star Parker McCollum, who will serve as an official brand ambassador alongside Grammy-nominated rapper Gunna.

McCollum, a long-time fan of Under Armour, shared his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting his personal connection to the brand and its products. He praised the Bouncy Tee for its comfort and fit, especially catering to his unique build. McCollum and Gunna are featured in a launch video showcasing their workouts and daily routines, underscoring the versatility of the Bouncy Tee.

Gunna, another advocate for the Bouncy Tee, emphasized the importance of lightweight and comfortable apparel that still maintains a clean look. McCollum's collaboration with Under Armour extends beyond the Bouncy Tee campaign to include promotion of the brand's train, outdoor, and UA Freedom lines, aligning with his values of authenticity and individuality.

Tyler Rutstein, Senior Vice President of America's marketing at Under Armour, praised McCollum's authenticity and work ethic, stating that the partnership reflects the brand's core values. McCollum will also support UA Freedom initiatives, dedicated to honoring and assisting military members, first responders, and their families.

The Bouncy Tee will be available in various colors across North America, retailing for $65 at Under Armour stores and select retail partners. International availability is planned for later this year, with a women's-specific version set to launch in the fall. The collaboration between Under Armour, Parker McCollum, and Gunna signifies a blend of music and apparel, catering to individuals seeking performance-driven and stylish activewear options.
