Chaos in Fells Point: Woman Arrested After Crashing into Restaurant and Fleeing Police
A 24-year-old woman was apprehended by police after causing a series of incidents in Fells Point. The woman was initially observed speeding without headlights on and then attempted to park in a non-parking spot. When officers approached her for license and registration, she fled the scene, resulting in a collision with two vehicles and crashing into a restaurant on S. Ann Street. The restaurant, Bunny’s Buckets & Bubbles, shared the incident on social media, expressing relief that no one was injured. Surveillance footage captured the car crashing into the building. Despite attempting to escape on foot, the woman was swiftly caught by authorities. A 6-year-old child in the car sustained minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. The driver was taken into custody and the restaurant resumed operations the next day after a building inspection confirmed minimal damage. All vehicles involved were towed away from the scene.
