Louisville Metro Police Investigate Shooting Incident Involving Six Injured Women
Louisville Metro Police are currently investigating an incident that resulted in six women being injured early Sunday morning. The incident took place at a motorcycle club located in the Jacobs neighborhood on Berry Boulevard around 6 a.m. Officers responded to reports of a shooting and found two women with gunshot wounds, both of whom are expected to recover. Later, four more women connected to the same incident arrived at the hospital, two with gunshot wounds and two with non-gunshot related injuries, all expected to survive. Additionally, Shively Police responded to a single vehicle crash on 7th Street Road where two women in the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. It is unclear if the crash is related to the shooting on Berry Boulevard. Shively Police are handling the crash investigation.
