Purr at the Park: A Night of Baseball with Your Feline Friend at Slugger Field

The Louisville Bats are hosting a unique event at Slugger Field called "Purr at the Park" where cat owners can bring their feline friends to enjoy a night of baseball and furry companionship. This event marks the first time that cats are welcome at the stadium, creating a special experience for both cats and their humans.
Attendees can purchase human tickets for $10 in advance or $13 at the door, while cat tickets are available for $3, with proceeds going to the Kentucky Humane Society. Gates will open one hour before the game, and cat owners must enter through specific gates on Witherspoon Street or Jackson Street.
Before entering the stadium, owners are required to sign a waiver confirming their cat's vaccinations are current. Seating for the event is on a first-come, first-served basis, and cats must be on a leash, in a carrier, or in a stroller at all times. Free-roaming for cats is not permitted during the event.
The game is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26 at 6:35 p.m., with the Louisville Bats facing off against the St. Paul Saints. Tickets for the game can be purchased in advance online. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy a baseball game with your feline companion at Slugger Field!
