Two Individuals Charged with Murder in Woodbridge Shooting Incident

Two individuals have been charged with murder in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred in Woodbridge, Virginia. The victim, identified as Frances Joseph Douglas, aged 42, from Bowling Green, lost his life in the shooting.

One of the suspects, 20-year-old Taiyon Damari Jackson from Alexandria, was apprehended on May 21. Jackson faces charges of murder, using a firearm during a felony, discharging a firearm in a public area, and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. He is currently in custody without bond.

The second suspect, 23-year-old William Latrale Lisenby from Lorton, was arrested on May 22. Lisenby is charged with murder, using a firearm during a felony, and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Like Jackson, he is being held without bond.
