Dolly's Tennessean Travel Stop: A New Roadside Oasis Along I-65

A new roadside destination, Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop, is set to open on June 24 at Exit 22 in Cornersville, Tennessee, conveniently located along I-65. The travel stop aims to provide a comfortable and hospitable experience for all travelers passing through the area. The main focus is to create a welcoming atmosphere for professional drivers, families, and road-trippers alike.

The travel stop will offer a variety of amenities, including food options from DLY BBQ and Dolly’s Cup of Ambition Coffee, as well as a full-service café and restaurant. Guests can also shop for custom merchandise and take a break from their journey. A custom mural honoring Cornersville and a tour bus inspired by Dolly Parton's own bus will be featured on-site, providing visitors with a unique photo opportunity.

The project is designed to be a gathering place for both travelers and the local community, with plans for additional locations in the future. The collaboration between Dolly Parton, her manager Danny Nozell, and Gregory H. Sachs, who has experience operating the Tennessean Travel Stop brand, has led to the creation of this innovative travel stop concept.

A grand opening celebration is in the works, and the public is encouraged to attend and experience the new travel stop firsthand. With its focus on comfort, food, and Tennessee hospitality, Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop is poised to redefine the traditional travel stop experience along I-65.
