Empowerment Through Music: The Power to the People Festival

The Power to the People Festival is set to take place at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland on October 3. Curated by Tom Morello, the festival aims to promote peace, love, justice, and music in a non-partisan manner. Artists like Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews, Joan Baez, and others will be performing at the event, which seeks to highlight the collective power of individuals to shape the future of the country and the planet.
The festival lineup includes a diverse range of musicians such as Brittany Howard of Alabama Shakes, Jack Black, Taylor Momsen, Matt Cameron, grandson, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, Cypress Hill, Killer Mike, The Linda Lindas, Serj Tankian of System of a Down, and Dropkick Murphys.
