A fatal two-vehicle collision occurred in Lancaster County, South Carolina, resulting in the death of two individuals. The incident took place at the intersection of Rock Hill Highway and West Rebound Road around 7:40 p.m. A Ford F-350 pickup truck traveling west on Rock Hill Highway collided with a 2017 Audi traveling south on West Rebound Road. The pickup overturned to the left side of the road, while the Audi veered off to the right and struck a guardrail. The driver and a left-backseat passenger of the pickup were taken to Atrium Health, but the two other passengers in the truck succumbed to their injuries.
The driver and passenger of the Audi were transported to Piedmont Health for treatment. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash to determine the circumstances that led to the tragic incident.
