2026 Jacksonville Jaguars Training Camp Preview: Offseason Changes and Expectations

The NFL offseason is in full swing as teams kick off their organized team activities. Over the next three weeks, teams will have OTAs before a break leading up to training camp in mid-to-end July. We will be looking at the major offseason changes for all 32 teams and previewing what to expect from each team as they head into training camp. Here is the 2026 training camp preview for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars' voluntary OTAs are scheduled for May 26, May 28-29, June 1-2, June 4, and June 15-17, with mandatory minicamp set for June 9-11. Training camp is expected to start in mid-July, with the NFL Hall of Fame game on Aug. 6. The team made some notable additions in the offseason, including Chris Rodriguez Jr., Ameer Abdullah, Dennis Gardeck, and several draft picks.

The Jaguars had an interesting draft class, with some picks surprising experts. Despite this, the team is looking forward to the return of most of their roster from last season's 13-4 record. While losing key players like Travis Etienne and Devin Lloyd was tough, the Jaguars have replacements ready to step up. Head coach Liam Coen will aim to build on last season's success, with quarterback Trevor Lawrence leading a potentially strong offense.

The Jaguars' roster boasts playmakers on both sides of the ball, including Travon Walker, Josh Hines-Allen, Arik Armstead, Foye Oluokun, Jarrian Jones, and Antonio Johnson. With tough competition from Houston and Indianapolis in the AFC South, the Jaguars will look to defend their division title and continue their success from last season.
