Power Ballad: A Musical Journey of Redemption Starring Paul Rudd and Nick Jonas
Paul Rudd and Nick Jonas star in the new movie Power Ballad, where Rudd plays a wedding singer named Rick who forms a bond with Jonas's character, pop star Danny, over music. When Danny turns one of Rick's songs into a hit, Rick sets out to reclaim his career, risking everything he cares about. Rudd admits to feeling nervous about singing seriously in the movie, unlike his previous comedic singing roles. Jonas, drawing from his own experiences as a singer-songwriter, brings depth to his character, who is struggling with life after leaving a boy band. The film also features Marcella Plunkett, Havana Rose Liu, Jack Reynor, and Peter McDonald. Power Ballad is currently showing in theaters.
