Captain America Trilogy: Steve Rogers' Evolution from WWII Hero to Modern-Day Avenger

This week, Hulu is adding Sebastian Stan's Captain America trilogy, which follows the journey of Steve Rogers from a WWII-era super soldier to a modern-day fugitive. The trilogy showcases his evolution as a hero, his mission to save his brainwashed best friend, and the ideological conflicts that lead to the Avengers' division.

In the first film, "The First Avenger" (2011), Steve Rogers undergoes an experimental serum during WWII, transforming him into a super soldier. He battles the Red Skull and HYDRA after serving as a propaganda symbol.

"The Winter Soldier" (2014) is set in the present day, where Steve discovers HYDRA's infiltration of S.H.I.E.L.D. He faces off against the Winter Soldier, who turns out to be his friend Bucky Barnes. With the help of Black Widow and Falcon, Steve takes down the corrupt organization and sets out to rescue Bucky.

In "Civil War" (2016), global destruction leads to the Sokovia Accords, dividing the Avengers. Tony Stark supports government oversight, while Steve opposes it, leading to a clash. When Bucky is framed for a bombing, Steve must protect him from a vengeful Stark, deepening the rift within the team.

Additionally, Hulu is releasing the Kung Fu Panda trilogy and the Resident Evil animated films, "Damnation" and "Vendetta," for viewers to enjoy a binge-watch session starting June 1.
