CBSE Addresses OnMark Portal Vulnerabilities: Security Measures and Updates

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has addressed concerns regarding vulnerabilities found in its OnMark portal, managed by a service provider. The board took immediate corrective action after the issue was brought to light in the public domain. Cybersecurity experts from government departments and IITs have been working to review and enhance the system.

CBSE stated that they are closely monitoring the vulnerabilities in the OnMark portal and have deployed a team of cybersecurity professionals to strengthen the system. The identified vulnerabilities have been contained, and efforts are being made to eliminate any other exploitable weaknesses.

The board confirmed that the issues have been contained, and additional checks are being conducted to ensure the system's security.
