EPiC: Elvis Presley In Concert - A Cinematic Tribute to the King of Rock and Roll

Paramount+ has announced that EPiC: Elvis Presley In Concert, a film by Baz Luhrmann, will be available for streaming exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S. on June 3 and in Canada on July 24. The film offers a unique look at Elvis Presley through long-lost footage from his Las Vegas residency in the 1970s, rare 16mm footage from Elvis on Tour, and treasured 8mm film from the Graceland archive, along with unheard recordings, providing a fresh perspective on the King of Rock and Roll in concert.
Baz Luhrmann, the filmmaker behind EPiC, collaborated with Peter Jackson and the team at Park Road Post Production to enhance the footage and present Elvis in his prime. The film has received critical acclaim, holding a 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and becoming Luhrmann's most praised work to date. EPiC debuted at the Toronto International Film Festival and had a successful global box office run, setting a record for the highest-grossing opening weekend for a documentary in IMAX.
EPiC: Elvis Presley In Concert is Luhrmann's second major project focused on the iconic musician, following the success of Elvis, which garnered multiple award nominations and wins. With EPiC, Luhrmann transforms archival material into a captivating cinematic experience that showcases Elvis at his best – raw, intimate, and electric. The film is a collaboration between Sony Music Vision, Bazmark Films, and Authentic Studios, distributed by NEON in the U.S. and Elevation Pictures in Canada.
In addition to EPiC, Paramount+ subscribers in the U.S. can enjoy a curated selection of Elvis titles on the platform, including Blue Hawaii, King Creole, G.I. Blues, Fun In Acapulco, Roustabout, and more. Don't miss the opportunity to delve into the world of Elvis Presley and experience his legendary performances like never before.
