Coyote vs. Acme: A Sneak Peek at the Unconventional Promotional Video
A new promotional video for the highly anticipated Looney Tunes movie "Coyote vs. Acme" has been released by Ketchup Entertainment, and it is quite unusual. The clip features Bugs Bunny in an operatic setting reminiscent of "All the President's Men" and a credit sequence that parodies "Avengers: Doomsday." In the film, Wile E. Coyote, frustrated by the failures of Acme products in catching the Roadrunner, enlists the help of a billboard lawyer named Kevin Avery (played by Will Forte) to sue the Acme Corporation. The legal battle between Wile E. and his lawyer against the formidable former boss of Kevin (John Cena) unfolds, with a budding friendship between man and cartoon fueling their determination to emerge victorious. The movie also stars Lana Condor, P.J. Byrne, Tone Bell, Martha Kelly, and Luis Guzmán, with Dave Green directing from a screenplay by Samy Burch. Producers James Gunn and Chris deFaria are behind the project. "Coyote vs. Acme" is set to hit theaters on August 28th.
