Naomi Bulochnikov-Paul Honored at Race to Erase MS Gala: Embracing Strength and Unity in the Face of Multiple Sclerosis

Naomi Bulochnikov-Paul, the executive vp of communications at Disney Entertainment Television, was honored at the Race to Erase MS Gala with the Medal of Hope for her battle with multiple sclerosis. Despite initial hesitations, she decided to embrace the opportunity and not let MS define her. Bulochnikov-Paul expressed gratitude for the support she received from her colleagues at Disney, including Dana Walden, who accompanied her to doctor's appointments and encouraged her to continue working without compromise.
The event, held at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel, raised over $1.8 million for Race to Erase MS and its Center Without Walls program, which aims to find a cure for MS through collaborative research efforts. The evening featured performances by Ty Dolla $ign, Rachel Platten, Richie Sambora, and Dancing With the Stars professionals Alan Bersten and Emma Slater, as well as a fashion show by L'AGENCE.
In her closing remarks, Bulochnikov-Paul emphasized the importance of choosing to live with power rather than fear, highlighting the resilience and determination she has shown in facing her diagnosis. The event celebrated her strength and raised awareness for MS research and treatment, showcasing the unity and support within the MS community.
