West Ham United has released its list of retained players at the conclusion of the 2025/26 season. First-team members Łukasz Fabiański and Adama Traoré will be departing the club as free agents when their contracts expire on June 30th. Fabiański, a Polish goalkeeper, had a successful seven-year stint with the club, winning the Hammer of the Year award in 2019 and being part of the Europa Conference League-winning squad in 2023. Adama, a Spanish winger, made 12 appearances for West Ham after joining from Fulham in January, contributing with assists in the FA Cup and Premier League.

French center-back Axel Disasi will be returning to Chelsea following the end of his loan spell with West Ham. Disasi featured in 17 matches across the Premier League and FA Cup, scoring a goal against Leeds United. Additionally, development squad players Michael Forbes, Junior Robinson, Tyron Akpata, Daniel Rigge, David Chigwada, and Tom Wooster will also be leaving the club this summer. Robinson and Forbes have had significant contributions to the U21 and U18 teams, with Forbes even making his senior debut for Northern Ireland in 2023.

Midfielder Rigge played a role in West Ham's FA Youth Cup final victory over Arsenal in 2023 and has been a consistent performer at the U21 and U18 levels. Academy scholar Jonathan Unwin will also be departing the club at the end of June. West Ham United expresses its gratitude to all departing players for their dedication and hard work in the Claret and Blue colors and wishes them success in their future endeavors.
