Urgent: AMBER Alert Issued for Missing 9-Year-Old Raymond Vigil

An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 9-year-old boy named Raymond Vigil who has been abducted by a non-family member. Raymond is described as a male, approximately 4’8″ and 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red Nike shirt and red Nike sweatpants. The suspect in the abduction is Marie Erika Lynn March, who is not related to Vigil. March is 5’4″ and 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and was seen driving a White Ford.
