Tragic Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash in Calumet, Wisconsin: One Fatality and Multiple Injuries

A tragic single-vehicle rollover crash occurred in the Town of Calumet, Wisconsin, resulting in one fatality and multiple injuries. The driver, a 16-year-old girl from Sheboygan, and a 15-year-old passenger were transported to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac for treatment. Unfortunately, a 16-year-old female passenger lost her life at the scene of the accident. Another 15-year-old passenger was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee, while a third 15-year-old passenger was taken to St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan for evaluation. Fortunately, a 14-year-old passenger escaped unharmed.
Preliminary investigations suggest that impairment played a role in the crash, leading to the arrest of the 16-year-old driver on suspicion of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.
