Coastal Georgia's Finest Grocery Baggers Compete at Kroger's Annual Bag-Off Event
Join us for an exciting event as some of Coastal Georgia's finest grocery baggers showcase their skills at Kroger's annual Bag-Off competition. The competition will take place on Wednesday, June 17, at 9 a.m. at the Kroger store on Mall Boulevard in Savannah. Contestants from the region will vie for a chance to advance to the Georgia Bag-Off championship in Atlanta. Judges will evaluate participants based on speed, bag-building technique, weight distribution, style, appearance, and attitude. Each contestant plays a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers by assisting with bagging groceries. The winner of the Georgia championship will compete against top baggers from other retailers at the Georgia Food Industry Association convention in Florida.
