A tragic incident occurred at the construction site of the Broncos training facility in Dove Valley, resulting in the death of a construction worker on Monday night. South Metro Fire Rescue responded to the emergency call around 8 p.m. after a 25-year-old worker was found unconscious and in distress while working in a ceiling area to repair a light fixture. Despite efforts by the construction crew, the victim could not be safely brought down and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the scene.
