Legal Battle Brewing: Real Estate Company Sues MLB Player Adam LaRoche and Country Stars Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean Over Nashville Restaurant Closure

A real estate company has filed a lawsuit against MLB player Adam LaRoche and country stars Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean following the closure of their Nashville restaurant, E3 Chophouse. The lawsuit alleges that the three owners abruptly stopped paying rent and closed the restaurant in February, leading to a default on their lease agreement. The original location of E3 Chophouse is in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, owned by LaRoche and his family, with the Nashville location opening in late 2019. The sudden closure prompted the real estate company to seek additional claims for breach of the lease guaranty. A judge is set to hear the motion to amend the complaint on July 10.
