Las Vegas Metro Police Officer Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges
A Las Vegas Metro police officer was taken into custody on charges related to domestic violence on Friday. Officer Jeremiah Jordan faces three counts of coercion domestic violence involving threats or physical force, assault domestic violence with a deadly weapon, and domestic battery. Jordan has been a member of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department since 2023 and is currently assigned to the Community Safety Division at the Enterprise Area Command. Following his arrest, Jordan will be placed on suspension of police powers without pay while further investigations are conducted.
