Legal Battle Over E3 Chophouse Closure Involving Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, and Adam LaRoche
Country music stars Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan, along with former MLB player Adam LaRoche and Outlaws LLC, are facing a lawsuit related to the closure of their E3 Chophouse restaurant in Nashville. The lawsuit alleges that the owners did not pay rent and violated their lease agreement when the restaurant shut down earlier this year. The legal action seeks damages for outstanding rent, including rent due until the lease term ends in August 2029.
E3 Chophouse originally opened in Nashville in 2019, situated in the upscale Hillsboro Village neighborhood near Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. The three-story, 13,000 square foot restaurant cost $4 million to build, with a monthly rent of nearly $25,000 for the first five years. Annual sales were projected to be around $4 million.
The lawsuit claims that E3 Chophouse failed to pay rent for January and February 2026, did not reopen the restaurant, and did not surrender the property despite notices of default and lease termination. Legal proceedings resulted in a default judgment against Outlaws LLC for damages amounting to $1.427 million. E3 Chophouse has filed a notice of appeal in response.
Following the legal actions, the Nashville location of E3 Chophouse has been surrendered, and the keys have been returned. Representatives from E3 Chophouse and GBT Realty have been contacted for comment.
