HYROS 2026 Product Roadmap: Enhancing Platform Stability, Simplifying Dashboard, and Introducing AI Sales Development

HYROS CEO Alex Becker has unveiled the company's 2026 product roadmap in a video message to customers, highlighting three key development priorities for the year. The first focus is on addressing platform stability issues to ensure consistent performance for users, especially during login and core platform usage. This includes making adjustments to accommodate updates from third-party platforms like Meta and Google.

The second priority outlined in the roadmap is to simplify the HYROS dashboard to make essential tools more accessible to a wider range of users. The redesigned dashboard will feature a simplified default view with commonly used metrics and streamlined navigation to reduce the time needed to access key data. The goal is to ensure users can easily find what they need without getting lost in the software.

In addition to dashboard improvements, HYROS is revamping its onboarding and integration setup process to reduce the need for phone-based support during account setup. One-click integrations for platforms like Shopify and Google Ads will expand to other supported services, and an AI assistant is being developed to help users troubleshoot tracking issues in real time without intervention from support representatives.

For agency users, a new agency dashboard overhaul is in the works to provide a single view of KPIs for all client accounts and offer AI-generated recommendations for areas needing attention. VIP agencies will also receive free trial licenses to share with potential clients. The final component of the roadmap focuses on advancing HYROS Air, the company's AI remarketing system, to train AI representatives using internal documentation, customer support records, and marketing materials to conduct personalized outreach and guide prospects through the sales process.

The upcoming "Minds" system will enable AI representatives to function as autonomous outbound sales development representatives, providing businesses with an alternative or supplement to traditional SDR teams. This feature is expected to be accessible to companies of all sizes, including those without existing outbound sales infrastructure. The Minds integration is set to be available soon, with centralized training materials and product updates to be provided through a new Slack-based community for user education and support.
