Queen's Magic Tour: A Celebration of Music and Memories

Queen embarked on their Magic Tour in June 1986, starting in Stockholm, Sweden. Little did they know that this tour, in support of their album "A Kind of Magic," would be Freddie Mercury's final tour with the band. The tour made a stop at London's Wembley Stadium on July 11 and 12, where they had previously delivered a memorable performance at Live Aid. The July 12 show was recorded and released as "Queen Live at Wembley Stadium."

To celebrate their homecoming, Queen hosted a party at the Kensington Roof Gardens club in London on July 12. The guest list included notable figures like Yves St Laurent, Giorgio Armani, and Cliff Richard, as well as musicians, models, and actors. The party featured a lively performance by a covers band called Dicky Hart and The Pacemakers, who bore a striking resemblance to Queen's members.

During the party, Freddie Mercury joined Samantha Fox on stage for a duet of "Go Johnny Go," creating a memorable moment for those in attendance. The night was filled with entertainment and surprises, making it a memorable celebration for Queen and their guests.
