Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's Grand Wedding Speculation at Madison Square Garden

Speculation is mounting about a potential grand wedding between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden over Independence Day weekend. A permit has been filed to close down Manhattan streets surrounding the arena from July 2 to midday on the 4th. The event planning company Winick Productions requested to set up a tent or canopy outside the Garden with a capacity of 500 to 999 attendees. Additionally, a permit for July 10 was also requested.

Mayor Mamdani mentioned that he would not be attending the wedding but wished the couple well. Sources have revealed that several Kansas City Chiefs teammates of Travis Kelce have booked rooms at Times Square’s Marriott Marquis around the same weekend. Initially, the couple was planning to tie the knot at Ocean House near Swift’s Rhode Island residence on June 13, but changed plans after the news leaked.

Reports suggest that some form of marital celebration took place in Rhode Island recently, with a large white tent spotted beside Ocean House. Despite this, no marriage license had been obtained in Rhode Island. TMZ previously reported that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were planning to have their wedding at MSG in front of a large guest list. It remains unclear whether the ceremony or reception will take place at the iconic venue.
