Tom Hardy's Rap Alter Ego Frankie Pulitzer Teams Up with Czarface for New Album 'Czarface Meets Frankie Pulitzer
Tom Hardy, the renowned English actor, is making a return to the music scene as his rap alter ego Frankie Pulitzer. Teaming up with the hip-hop trio Czarface, consisting of Inspectah Deck, 7L, and Esoteric, Hardy is set to release a full-length album titled "Czarface Meets Frankie Pulitzer" on August 28. Fans can already get a taste of the upcoming album with the release of the first single, "Brothers Grimm."
Having dabbled in rap collaborations with Czarface as early as 2021 on their Good Guys, Bad Guys EP, some of which were featured in the movie Venom: Let There Be Carnage, Hardy is now taking his rap career to the next level with this new project. The album is expected to include guest appearances from Method Man, EL-O, and Busta Rhymes, adding to the excitement surrounding the release.
Czarface, known for their collaborative efforts with various artists, has previously worked on full-length projects with the likes of MF Doom, Ghostface Killah, and Kool Keith. Hardy's venture into hip-hop dates back to his early acting days when he performed under the name Tommy No 1 + Eddie Too Tall alongside his friend Edward Tracy. Their mixtape, "Falling On Your Arse," recorded in 1999, finally surfaced in 2018, marking Hardy's musical journey.
This upcoming album marks Hardy's first studio album as a rapper, signaling a new chapter in his music career. The announcement of his musical project comes amidst rumors of his departure from the hit TV series MobLand, with conflicting reports about his involvement in the show's future. Despite the drama, fans can look forward to Hardy's return for Season 3 of the series.
