Fatal Shooting in Jersey City: Investigation Underway After Death of Jenardo Tejada
A fatal shooting occurred in Jersey City early this morning near the public safety building, resulting in the death of a 38-year-old man named Jenardo Tejada. Another man, aged 45, was also injured in the incident. The Jersey City Police Department responded to reports of shots fired on Orient Avenue around 2:30 a.m. The injured individuals were found at the scene and taken to the Jersey City Medical Center. The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Unit and the Jersey City Police Department are actively investigating the case.
