Child Endangerment Arrests in Vinton County, Ohio: Four Suspects Facing Charges After 16 Children Found in Serious Medical Conditions

Four individuals have been arrested in Vinton County, Ohio, after 16 children were found in serious medical conditions at a residence. The arrests were announced by Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson, Vinton County Sheriff Ryan Cain, Vinton County Prosecutor William Archer, and representatives from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation. The suspects, Gary Siders Sr., Gary Siders Jr., Christina Siders, and Elizabeth Siders, are facing 17 counts each of child endangering, a second-degree felony. The search warrant was executed at a home on Ohmer Street in Hamden, where the children were found. The children, aged 1.5 to 18 years old, are currently receiving medical treatment at hospitals around the state. The investigation is ongoing, and the suspects are scheduled to be arraigned in the Vinton County Court of Common Pleas.
