Nebraska Football Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony 2022: Honoring Husker Legends and Standout Players
A group of six former Nebraska football players, including Charles Fryar, Jim Scott, Cory Schlesinger, Cory Ross, Lavonte David, and Sam Foltz, will be inducted into the Nebraska Football Hall of Fame this year. Jim Scott, a native of Nebraska, was part of the dominant offensive line that led the Huskers to back-to-back rushing titles in the early 1990s. Cory Ross, a versatile running back, excelled both as a runner and receiver during his time at Nebraska. Sam Foltz, a talented punter tragically lost before his senior season, was recognized for his contributions to the team.
