New York Yankees Roster Update: McMahon and Grisham Return, Rodón Placed on Injured List
The New York Yankees have made some roster changes, with infielder Ryan McMahon and outfielder Trent Grisham returning from the injured list. Infielder/outfielder Oswaldo Cabrera has been sent down to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, while left-hander Carlos Rodón has been placed on the 15-day injured list due to elbow inflammation, retroactive to June 30th. This leaves the Yankees with 14 position players and 12 pitchers, but they are likely to bring up another player to maintain a standard 13-13 split.
