Lanterns will consist of eight episodes and follows the story of Green Lantern veterans Hal Jordan and new recruit John Stewart, played by Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre, as they investigate a murder in Nebraska. The series will showcase the duo's abilities to create green light constructs using their power rings as they unravel a dangerous mystery in a small town.
