Milagro Gramz Files Amended Appeal in Legal Battle Against Megan Thee Stallion: Judge Orders Full $75,000 Payment
Gossip vlogger Milagro Gramz has filed an amended notice of appeal in her ongoing legal battle against Megan Thee Stallion. A Miami federal judge recently ruled that Megan could collect the full $75,000 judgment against Gramz. The initial verdict was for $59,000, but it was increased back to $75,000 in May. Gramz was found liable for defaming Megan and was denied media defendant status. Despite Gramz's attempts to avoid paying the full amount while her appeal is pending, the judge denied her request and ordered her to pay the full judgment. Gramz would need to post an appeal bond of $82,500 to pause enforcement, but her request to waive or reduce this requirement was rejected by the judge. Gramz claimed she lacks the financial resources to satisfy the judgment immediately and described herself as self-employed with fluctuating income.
In October 2024, Megan sued Gramz in the Southern District of Florida, accusing her of being a mouthpiece for Tory Lanez and his family. A federal jury found Gramz guilty of defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and promoting a deepfake video of Megan in December 2025. The judgment included $50,000 for the deepfake video, $15,000 for defamation, $8,000 for emotional distress, and $1,000 in punitive damages on each count. Despite initially reducing the award to $59,000, the judge reinstated the full $75,000 in May. Gramz's appeal now challenges the updated damages ruling and the denial of media defendant status. Megan's legal team argued against granting Gramz a stay, highlighting the serious nature of Gramz's actions in defaming and threatening Megan.
