Saga Announces First UK Live Show in 20 Years at Shepherd's Bush Empire for 50th Anniversary Tour

Saga, the Canadian prog rock band, has announced their first UK live show in 20 years as part of their 1977-2027 The Generations Tour to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The band will perform at Shepherd's Bush Empire on Friday, September 10, 2027. The current line-up includes frontman Michael Sadler, guitarist Ian Crichton, and keyboardist Jim Gilmour, along with drummer Mike Thorne and bassist Mike Borkosky. Original bassist Jim Crichton has been a non-touring member since 2019.

This show at Shepherd's Bush Empire is set to be the band's only UK performance on this tour. Saga's last UK show was in 2006 at London's The Garage venue. Despite being poorly promoted and attended, the audience included Iron Maiden's Steve Harris and Nicko McBrain, who are known fans of the band. Tickets for the London show will go on sale at 11am UK time on Friday, July 10.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to see Saga live in the UK after 20 years. Get your tickets early to secure your spot at this historic venue and be part of the celebration of Saga's 50th anniversary.
