Lawrence William Richardson, who resided on Otey Street in Lynchburg, is the subject of warrants issued by the sheriff’s office. The incident took place on Oak Grove Drive in Madison Heights around 8 a.m. on July 5, where Richardson was involved in the attempted armed robbery of a person. He fled the scene and is believed to have returned to Lynchburg, posing a potential threat as he is considered armed and dangerous.
