Legal Battle Unfolds: Tom Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson Exchange Restraining Orders
A week after Tom Sandoval obtained a temporary restraining order against Victoria Lee Robinson, she has now filed for one against him. Victoria alleges that Tom was physically violent towards her on multiple occasions during their two-year relationship. One incident in August 2025 involved Tom allegedly shoving her down the stairs, resulting in visible injuries to her knees. In another incident in May 2026, Victoria claims Tom pushed her to the ground, elbowed her, locked her out of her hotel room, and ransacked her belongings. She also accused Tom of screaming, gaslighting, and manipulating her during a visit to Nashville.
Victoria's request for a restraining order also seeks protection for her father, Will Robinson, who has already filed a restraining order against Tom. In late June, Sandoval requested a restraining order against Robinson, alleging verbal and physical abuse. Tom cited an incident on June 3 involving Victoria and her father, where Will allegedly punched a hole in the guest bedroom door during a verbal argument with Tom. Tom claimed that Victoria struck him in the face and head, leading to blurred vision. Following the altercation, Victoria was arrested by the police, as per court documents.
Tom's request for a temporary restraining order has been granted by a judge, who also ordered Victoria and Will to vacate Tom's property. The legal battle between Tom Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson continues as both parties seek protection from each other through restraining orders.
