Ariana Grande Exits American Horror Story Season 13 Due to Scheduling Conflicts

Ariana Grande will not be appearing in the upcoming season 13 of American Horror Story due to scheduling conflicts. The singer had been cast in the series but had to exit as she is currently on her Eternal Sunshine Tour, which has upcoming stops in various cities. Grande did not shoot any scenes for the new season, set to premiere on September 24. FX has not yet commented on her departure.

Last year, show creator Ryan Murphy had announced Grande's involvement in American Horror Story season 13. Grande had previously worked with Murphy on Scream Queens. The singer's busy schedule includes her role in the upcoming film Focker-in-Law and a stage production of Sunday In The Park With George. She is also set to release her eighth studio album, Petal, on July 31.

In addition to Grande, the American Horror Story cast for season 13 will include returning members such as Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, and Emma Roberts. Fans of the series expressed excitement for the return of Lange and Peters, with Peters joking about joining the new season at the 2025 Emmys. The anticipation for the upcoming season is high among viewers of the anthology series.
