Legends of the All-American Walk: USC's Football Greats and New Enshrinements

As players walk from the John McKay Center to the football practice field at USC, they pass by the Nadine and William Tilley Football All-American Walk, which pays tribute to 179 first-team All-Americans, including notable players like Marcus Allen, Reggie Bush, and Troy Polamalu. In 2025, USC added two new enshrinements to the walkway, one of them being Lemon, a standout player in Lincoln Riley's offense. Lemon's exceptional performance on the field earned him prestigious awards such as the Fred Biletnikoff Award and recognition as a unanimous All-American.
Lemon's success at USC led to his selection by the Philadelphia Eagles in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Another standout player for the Trojans was Fitzgerald, who transferred from NC State and quickly became a defensive leader. Fitzgerald's impressive stats, including interceptions and tackles, earned him accolades like the Bronko Nagurski National Defensive Player of the Week award and consensus All-American honors. Despite going undrafted, Fitzgerald has signed with the Tennessee Titans.
Brice Taylor was USC's first All-American player in 1925, and the Trojans have had at least one first-team All-American from 1962 to 1990. Additionally, the football program produced a consensus All-American every year from 1972 to 1987. USC has a rich history of producing top-tier talent and continues to be a powerhouse in college football.
