Garrett Wareing and Amanda Fix have been chosen to portray young versions of Ed and Lorraine Warren in the upcoming prequel to “The Conjuring” by New Line Cinema. The film, titled “The Conjuring: First Communion,” will be the eleventh installment in the franchise. The plot details are currently undisclosed, and it is uncertain if Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga will reprise their roles as the older Ed and Lorraine Warren. The movie will be directed by Rodrigue Huart, with a screenplay by Richard Naing and Ian Goldberg. The release date for “The Conjuring: First Communion” is set for September 10th, 2027.
