Zendaya recently took a break from her busy schedule to attend Ariana Grande's Eternal Sunshine Tour in Brooklyn, New York. The 29-year-old actress was seen in the VIP section, showing her support for the 33-year-old singer-songwriter. During the show, Zendaya gave Grande a standing ovation during a heartfelt moment when Grande changed the lyrics of her song Thank U, Next. Zendaya was accompanied by her personal assistant and best friend, Darnell Appling, as well as her stylist, Law Roach. Zendaya sported a striking new pixie cut for the concert, marking a significant change in her hairstyle.
Zendaya's appearance at the concert came just before the New York premiere of Christopher Nolan's film, The Odyssey, where she stars as Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom and warfare. In the movie, Zendaya's character serves as Odysseus' divine protector and guide as he embarks on his journey home after the Trojan War. The star-studded cast of The Odyssey includes Tom Holland, Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron, Robert Pattinson, and Lupita Nyong'o. The highly anticipated film is set for a theatrical release on July 17, 2026.
