Fabian Moreau Returns to Washington Commanders: A Look Back at His NFL Journey
Cornerback Fabian Moreau is making a return to his original NFL team as he signs with the Commanders. Moreau was initially drafted by Washington in the third round of the 2017 draft and spent four seasons with the team before moving on to play for several other teams. After a stint with the Vikings in 2024, Moreau briefly joined the 49ers last summer before rejoining the Vikings later on. In the 2021 season, Moreau recorded 17 tackles in 11 games, adding to his career stats of 322 tackles, five tackles for loss, seven interceptions, three forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery.
