Rod Stewart, the iconic musician known for hits like "Maggie May," had to disappoint his fans by postponing a show in Canada at the last minute. Due to a mechanical issue with the aircraft's landing gear, Stewart was unable to travel to Niagara Falls for his performance at Fallsview Casino Resort. The singer expressed his regret and announced that the show has been rescheduled for March 4, 2027, promising to make it up to his fans.

The Niagara Falls show was added to Stewart's One Last Time farewell tour, which began in 2024 and has been extended through 2027. Despite this being his final large-scale global arena tour, Stewart clarified that he has no plans to retire, citing his love for performing. He hinted at a future tour focusing on the Great American Songbook and Swing Fever, a studio album released in 2024 that topped the UK Official Albums Chart.

Stewart's tour includes various dates across the United States and Mexico, with performances at notable venues like the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
