Vancouver Police Investigate Theft of High-Value Pokémon Cards from Royal Card Shop and Collectibles on Dunbar Street

The Vancouver Police Department is currently investigating a commercial break-and-enter incident that occurred at a collectibles store on Dunbar Street. The theft involved high-value Pokémon cards being stolen from the Royal Card Shop and Collectibles early Monday morning. The VPD responded to the break-in at 4355 Dunbar Street after receiving reports at 2:58 a.m. on August 3.
Upon investigation, it was discovered that two masked suspects forcibly opened the rear door of the store and used a stolen Ford pickup truck to extract the safe from the premises. The stolen vehicle was later found abandoned in Surrey, still running, and was subsequently taken to the VPD property garage for forensic examination. The suspects, described as white men in all-black attire, remain at large.

The VPD is seeking any assistance that could aid in the apprehension of the suspects and the recovery of the stolen Pokémon cards.
