Hogwarts has reopened for a new term as HBO's "Harry Potter" TV series has officially started production at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the U.K. The show has revealed a first look at Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, along with Arabella Stanton as Hermione and Alastair Stout as Ron. Led by showrunner Francesca Gardiner and director Mark Mylod, the series will follow Harry as he discovers he's a wizard, attends Hogwarts, and battles Lord Voldemort. The show will consist of seven seasons, with each season corresponding to one of the Harry Potter books, and is expected to continue production until 2026.
