Country music superstar Shania Twain is set to perform at the Maine Savings Amphitheater in Bangor and recently donated $25,000 to the Good Shepherd Food Bank in Auburn. The donation is part of the Shania Twain Foundation's effort to support food-insecure communities in every state she visits on tour. Good Shepherd Food Bank's chief advancement officer expressed gratitude for Twain's attention to food insecurity and hopes it will inspire more support for local food banks. Twain's donation will help create approximately 50,000 meals, and her concert in Bangor is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
