Peter Hammill's solo albums for Charisma and Virgin Records are being remastered and released as a 20-disc box set. The collection includes 18 CDs and two Blu-rays featuring every solo album released by Hammill on these labels from 1971 to 1986. The albums have been remastered from the original master tapes and include new 5.1 and stereo mixes of select albums. The box set also includes rare BBC sessions, live recordings, and a Blu-ray video disc of previously unreleased European television performances. A limited run of the box set will include an exclusive postcard. Hammill, known for his work with Van der Graaf Generator, will also be performing solo shows in England and Scotland in September and October.
